Duties

• Negotiate and draft a wide range of agreements.
• Advise clients on basic business matters.
• Serve as first or second chair on mergers and acquisitions transactions.
• Handle real estate purchase transactions and commercial leases.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations.

Requirements

• Experience with ERISA, employee benefits, or tax planning is a plus.
• J.D. degree.
• Licensed to practice law in the State of Ohio.
