A law firm seeks an attorney to join its Energy and Infrastructure practice in Los Angeles, CA. The ideal candidate will have experience in energy projects related to renewables and energy storage, with a focus on energy offtake work, including renewable energy power purchase agreements and energy storage offtake agreements.

Duties

• Draft and negotiate renewable energy power purchase agreements.
• Advise clients on energy storage offtake agreements.
• Collaborate with clients in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• 3-9+ years of relevant experience in energy projects.
• Excellent academic credentials and superior communication skills.
• Membership to the State Bar of California required.

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree.

Certifications

• Admission to the State Bar of California.

• Ability to work collaboratively with clients and team members.
