Requirements

  • 2-4 years of experience in estate planning, probate, or trust administration.
  • Demonstrated interest in estate planning, elder law, and probate.
  • Experience in direct client counseling.
  • Ability to guide clients through sensitive and emotional matters.
  • Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

  • Active bar licensure in Ohio.

Skills

  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
