Job Overview:

The Senior Attorney will play a key role in the Real Estate practice area, providing expert legal counsel, overseeing complex transactions, and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations. This position requires a seasoned professional with a strong background in real estate law and a proven track record of success in managing legal matters.

Duties:

  • Lead and manage real estate transactions from inception to completion, including due diligence, negotiations, and documentation.

Requirements:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
