A law firm is currently seeking a highly qualified and experienced Senior Attorney to join their Real Estate practice area in Denver, CO.

Job Overview:

The Senior Attorney will play a key role in the Real Estate practice area, providing expert legal counsel, overseeing complex transactions, and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations. This position requires a seasoned professional with a strong background in real estate law and a proven track record of success in managing legal matters.

Duties:

• Lead and manage real estate transactions from inception to completion, including due diligence, negotiations, and documentation.
• Provide legal advice on various real estate matters, including acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, and financing.
• Conduct legal research and analysis to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
• Collaborate with clients, colleagues, and external parties to achieve favorable outcomes and resolve legal issues.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Active membership in the State Bar of Colorado.
• Experience practicing real estate law
• Proven track record of successfully managing and closing complex real estate deals.

Certifications:

• State Bar of Colorado membership in good standing.
