Duties

  • Manage acquisitions and dispositions of real estate properties.
  • Oversee real estate development projects and land use matters.
  • Handle commercial leasing transactions.
  • Collaborate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and third parties.
  • Manage small-to-mid-sized matters or portions of larger projects.

Requirements

  • Minimum of three years of transactional real estate experience.
  • California licensed attorney.
  • Experience in large or boutique law firms preferred.
  • Familiarity with real estate financing is a plus.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

  • Licensed to practice law in California.
