Duties:

  • Represent clients in civil litigation proceedings before state and federal courts.

Requirements:

  • Admission to the California State Bar.
  • Previous experience in civil litigation, preferably at a large law firm or civil litigation boutique.
  • Strong written and oral advocacy skills.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload effectively.
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and quality work product.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

  • Admission to the California State Bar.
