Job Overview: A law firm in Houston, TX is seeking a highly skilled Investment Funds Corporate Associate Attorney with a minimum of 3 years of experience in private equity fund formation and related fund operational matters. This attorney will be responsible for providing legal guidance on investment funds, assisting in the formation of private equity funds, and handling various operational issues. Duties:

Requirements:
