Duties

  • Decompose complex workflows into measurable tasks for AI execution.
  • Re-engineer manual workflows for AI-first execution.
  • Translate legal playbooks into structured artifacts for AI systems.
  • Codify senior practitioners' knowledge into machine-readable formats.
  • Author schema specifications and JSON Schemas for legal documents.
  • Curate reference packs for AI prompting and evaluation.
  • Design evaluation suites and conduct structured quality measurements.
  • Conduct error analysis and own remediation processes.
  • Collaborate with practice groups to validate AI solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with confidentiality and data privacy standards.
  • Mentor junior legal engineers and represent the firm externally.

Requirements

  • Fluency in authoring prompts for large language models.
  • Proficiency in structured data formats like JSON and YAML.
  • Experience designing evaluation rubrics for AI outputs.
