Duties

Requirements

• Minimum of three years of experience in project development and finance.
• Experience in the renewable energy industry preferred.
• Proficiency in drafting and negotiating complex agreements.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active bar membership in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
