Duties

Requirements

• 3-6 years of experience in corporate law.
• Proven experience with complex corporate transactions.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in the state of employment.
