Job Overview

A law firm seeks a mid-level associate to join its real estate practice in Denver, CO. The ideal candidate will have three to six years of experience in real estate transactions, preferably from a large law firm, and will advise clients on commercial real estate transactions, financings, investments, and diligence matters.

Duties

  • Advise clients on commercial real estate transactions.
  • Manage real estate financings and investments.
  • Conduct real estate diligence matters.
  • Draft and review transaction documents.
  • Supervise junior attorneys and paralegals.

Requirements

  • Three to six years of real estate transactional experience.
  • Experience with real estate finance, purchase and sale, and/or joint venture transactions preferred.
  • Strong drafting and interpersonal skills.
  • Comfortable interacting directly with clients.

Education

  • Law degree from an ABA-accredited law school.

Certifications

  • Member of the Bar in the United States.

  • Ability to manage multiple matters effectively.
