The ideal candidate will be actively licensed in two or more jurisdictions, including CA, FL, MA, NJ, OH, PA, SC, TN, VA, or WA. Duties

• Independently manage cases from intake through resolution.
• Develop and execute legal strategies based on factual investigation and legal analysis.
• Maintain substantive communications with courts, administrative agencies, clients, and opposing counsel.
• Draft and review legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and agreements.
• Appear at hearings and trials as necessary.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor from an ABA-accredited law school.
• Minimum of 3 years of substantive legal experience.
• Active licensure in two or more specified states.
• Strong written and oral advocacy skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with a remote team.
• High level of organization and time management.
• Ability to travel for in-person hearings and firm events.

Education

• Juris Doctor from an ABA-accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active licensure in two or more specified states.

Skills

• Proficiency with Mac/Apple operating systems and Microsoft Office 365.
• Experience with Adobe Acrobat and legal research applications.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
