Job Overview

A law firm seeks a Florida-based Real Estate Attorney for a remote position, with flexibility in location within Florida. This role offers a part-time or full-time opportunity without a billable hour requirement, focusing on managing commercial and residential real estate matters.

Duties

• Manage acquisitions and dispositions of real estate properties.
• Handle commercial financing and loan modifications.
• Oversee foreclosure, workout, and other remedies.
• Assist with commercial and residential development projects.
• Advise on condominium and homeowners' associations.
• Navigate land use and zoning regulations.
• Facilitate leasing agreements.
• Address property tax assessments.
• Resolve real estate litigation and disputes.

Requirements

• 5+ years of real estate practice experience.
• Licensed and in good standing with the Florida Bar.
• Experience as a solo practitioner is encouraged.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Florida Bar license.
