Job Overview

A law firm seeks a Litigation Associate in Indianapolis, IN. This full-time position requires a candidate with over three years of litigation experience, licensed in Indiana. The role involves handling court appearances, trials, depositions, and drafting litigation pleadings. Familiarity with the Indiana Homeowners Association Act, Indiana Condominium Act, and Landlord Tenant law is preferred.

Duties

  • Represent clients in court throughout Central Indiana.
  • Draft pleadings, briefs, and respond to written discovery.
  • Conduct depositions and provide litigation status updates to clients.
  • Advise clients on litigation procedures, including settlements.
  • Travel throughout the Indianapolis metro area as required.

Requirements

Education

  • Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.
