Job Overview

A law firm seeks an experienced Associate in Los Angeles, CA, to join its Corporate Real Estate Practice. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three years of experience in complex real estate transactions, including joint ventures, development projects, acquisitions, dispositions, and financings.

Duties

• Collaborate with a diverse group of clients on real estate transactions.
• Draft and review legal documents related to real estate deals.
• Advise clients on real estate mergers and acquisitions.
• Participate in cross-disciplinary teams to execute transactions.
• Engage in multi-jurisdictional real estate matters.

Requirements

• Minimum of three years of relevant experience.
• Strong drafting, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Understanding of the business of real estate investing.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Admission to the State Bar of California.
