Duties

Requirements

• Strong commercial litigation skills; construction experience preferred but not required.
• Excellent writing, analytical, and communication abilities.
• Technical or engineering background is a plus.
• Licensed in California and in good standing; statewide applicants encouraged.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
