Duties

• Manage family law cases from initial consultation to final resolution.
• Handle contested and uncontested divorce cases, including equitable distribution, support, and parenting issues.
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, financial affidavits, marital settlement agreements, and legal correspondence.
• Participate in hearings, depositions, mediations, and client meetings.
• Conduct legal research and prepare written analysis.
• Collaborate with attorneys and staff across practice areas.

Requirements

• 5+ years of family law experience.
• Experience with contested and uncontested divorces.
• Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication, organization, and client management abilities.
• Florida Bar admission in good standing.
• A team-oriented mindset with a commitment to client service.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.
