Job Overview
A law firm is seeking an experienced Workers' Compensation Attorney to join their team. This full-time position offers the opportunity to manage workers' compensation cases from inception to resolution, including all aspects of discovery and litigation. Attorneys will collaborate with insurance companies, employers, and third-party administrators while working in a remote capacity. Office space is available if preferred.

• Manage legal defense for workers' compensation cases from start to finish
• Handle all aspects of discovery, litigation, and case management
• Collaborate with insurance companies, employers, and third-party administrators
• Provide legal analysis and research for case strategies
• Maintain communication with clients, providing proactive updates

Requirements

• Active member of the State Bar of California
• Proven experience in workers' compensation law
• Strong research, analytical, and negotiation skills
• Excellent written and oral communication abilities
• Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines effectively

Education

• Bachelor’s degree
• Juris Doctor (JD) degree

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in the State of California
