Duties

  • Provide legal guidance on asset protection planning.

  • Stay updated on evolving laws and regulations related to trusts and estates.

Requirements

  • 2-6 years of experience in estate planning, trusts, and probate administration.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.

  • Strong client communication and relationship-building skills.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a legal team.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.

Certifications
