Job Title: Attorney 

Job Overview:

Duties:

  • Represent clients in state and federal court proceedings across multiple stages of litigation

  • Draft and review pleadings, motions, discovery responses, and other legal documents

  • Conduct legal research and provide written analyses on complex legal issues

  • Participate in depositions, hearings, mediations, and trials as required

  • Collaborate with partners and senior associates on strategic case planning

  • Engage with clients to provide updates and develop litigation strategies

  • Support case management responsibilities, including docket oversight and deadline tracking

Requirements:

  • Admission to practice law in the state of Indiana or eligibility for reciprocity

  • Demonstrated experience or interest in civil litigation or trial work

  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities

  • Proven research and analytical skills

  • Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

  • Active membership in good standing with the Indiana State Bar (or pending admission)

Skills:

  • Familiarity with litigation software and legal research databases (e.g., Westlaw, LexisNexis)

  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities

  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team-based environment

  • Comfortable in high-pressure, deadline-driven legal settings
