A client-focused law firm is seeking a Personal Injury Associate Attorney to join its growing team. This role is ideal for a recent law school graduate or early-career attorney with a passion for client advocacy, litigation, and personal injury law. The attorney will manage a caseload with mentorship from senior attorneys, gaining hands-on experience from initial consultation through resolution. This opportunity is offered through a legal recruiting agency on behalf of the firm.

Duties

  • Manage personal injury cases from intake to resolution, including litigation and negotiation

  • Conduct client consultations to gather facts and provide legal guidance

  • Perform legal research to develop effective case strategies

  • Draft legal documents, including complaints, motions, and discovery requests

  • Negotiate settlements with insurance carriers and opposing counsel

  • Represent clients at hearings, mediations, arbitrations, and depositions

  • Collaborate with senior attorneys and support staff on case development

  • Participate in ongoing legal education and professional development

Requirements

  • 0–3 years of experience practicing law, preferably in personal injury

  • Eagerness to manage a caseload and build litigation skills

  • Ability to handle sensitive client interactions with professionalism

Education

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

Certifications

  • Active license to practice law in the state of Washington
