Senior Associate - Private Equity Finance (Borrower Side)

Job Overview

A law firm seeks a Senior Associate for its Private Equity Finance team in Los Angeles, CA. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of four years of experience in borrower-side private credit, acquisition finance, or leveraged finance, with a focus on sponsor-side private equity acquisition financings.

Duties

• Advise clients on borrower-side private credit and acquisition finance transactions.
• Collaborate with a team to structure and negotiate complex financing deals.
• Provide strategic advice on leveraged finance and private equity transactions.
• Assist in the development of innovative financing strategies.

Requirements

• Minimum of four years of relevant experience in private credit or acquisition finance.
• Experience with sponsor-side private equity acquisition financings is required.
• Strong analytical and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple complex transactions simultaneously.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Admission to the bar in the state of California.
