Job Overview

A law firm seeks an experienced attorney with 3-4 years of estate planning or business practice experience to join their Findlay, Ohio office.

Duties

  • Draft and review estate planning documents, including wills and trusts.
  • Advise clients on estate planning strategies and tax considerations.
  • Assist with trust and estate administration, including probate filings.
  • Conduct legal research related to estate, tax, and trust matters.
  • Collaborate with partners on complex estate planning matters.
  • Communicate with clients and professionals involved in planning processes.
  • Maintain organized client files and ensure legal compliance.
  • Participate in client meetings and develop tailored estate planning recommendations.
  • Prepare and manage entity formation documents for various business structures.
  • Draft corporate governance documents and conduct UCC filings.
  • Conduct legal due diligence and summarize findings.
  • Review and monitor legislation impacting services and processes.
  • Draft transactional documents, including purchase agreements.
  • Conduct legal research related to business matters.
  • Collaborate with partners on business organization and transactions.
  • Communicate with clients and professionals in business processes.
  • Participate in client meetings and address client needs.
