Associate Attorney with experience in civil litigation and/or workers compensation

Lake Elmo office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks an associate attorney with experience in civil litigation and/or workers' compensation. The candidate should have Juris Doctor from an accredited law school. Must be admitted to practice law and currently and actively licensed in the state of Minnesota. Insurance defense experience is a plus. Excellent communication skills and writing skills are required.

The principal law office is headquartered in Minnesota. Area of concentration is litigation. The firm staffs twenty-seven practiced attorneys and a team of competent paralegals. There are thirteen areas of practice. A number of their practice disciplines consist of business litigation, construction law, employment law, environmental law and general liability-negligence.
