Duties

• Assist clients with municipal finance matters, including bond issuance and refinancing.
• Serve as bond, underwriters, and disclosure counsel.
• Handle related tax matters.
• Work on complex, multi-party transactions.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in municipal finance.
• Strong transactional background with excellent writing skills.
• Experience with Proposition 218 preferred.
• Commitment to becoming licensed in California.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Licensed attorney or commitment to obtain California Bar license.
