Job Overview

A law firm seeks an experienced Litigation Attorney to join their team in Salt Lake City, Utah. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the firm's mission of obtaining justice and compensation for clients while establishing a new office presence. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in Personal Injury Law litigation.

Duties

  • Manage Personal Injury cases from intake through resolution, including trial.
  • Maintain clear and professional communication with clients.
  • Work within established national litigation systems and case standards.
  • Exercise sound judgment and ownership over assigned matters.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, case managers, and firm leadership.
  • Build and maintain professional relationships with opposing counsel and stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Juris Doctor (JD).
  • Active Utah license and in good standing.
  • At least two years of Personal Injury litigation experience preferred.
  • Strong advocacy, writing, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to independently manage a full inventory of pre-litigation and litigation cases.
  • Results-driven mindset.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (JD).
