A law firm seeks an experienced Estate Planning Attorney in Marco Island, FL. The ideal candidate will have over two years of experience in trusts, estates, and probate law, with a Florida Bar license in good standing.

Duties

• Prepare Last Will & Testaments, Revocable and Irrevocable Trusts.
• Draft ancillary estate planning documents, including Health Care Surrogates, Powers of Attorney, and Living Wills.
• Develop specialized estate plans tailored to clients' unique needs.
• Represent Personal Representatives and beneficiaries in probate proceedings.
• Oversee Trust Administration and Probate processes.
• Collaborate with paralegals.
• Meet with clients to address their estate planning needs.
• Strategize with clients on trusts and estate matters.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in estate planning and probate law.
• Florida Bar license in good standing.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in Florida.

Skills
