A law firm seeks an experienced associate attorney in Fort Collins, CO. Duties

  • Support complex real estate transactions, disputes, landlord-tenant matters, business transactions, and litigation.
  • Draft pleadings and discovery documents.

  • Conduct legal research and analyze case law to develop strategies.
  • Represent clients in mediation, negotiations, court hearings, and arbitration.

Requirements

  • 1-7 years of relevant legal experience.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

  • Licensed to practice law in the state of Colorado.
