Job Overview

A law firm seeks a mid-level associate to join its Energy, Environment, and Natural Resources practice in Jackson Hole, Wyoming. Duties

• Collaborate with partners on complex litigation matters.
• Engage with federal and state agencies on regulatory issues.
• Handle water rights and permitting reviews.
• Defend litigation on federal and state permits.

Requirements

• 3-7 years of environmental law or general litigation experience.
• Interest in mining and water rights; openness to training.
• Administrative litigation and regulatory experience preferred.
• Strong analytical, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to excel under pressure and meet demanding deadlines.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree required.

Certifications

• Bar admission in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
