A law firm seeks a Senior Career Associate with over 8 years of civil litigation experience to join their team in San Francisco, CA. This role involves supporting litigation teams within the Strategic Advisory and Government Enforcement group, primarily handling cases for a major technology company.

Duties

• Develop case strategy and drive fact development efforts.
• Draft motions to dismiss and other litigation documents.
• Engage in discovery processes, including e-discovery.
• Manage cases and projects, ensuring proactive deadline management.
• Participate in oral arguments to build client confidence.
• Work on financial services, white collar, and privacy and data security litigation.

Requirements

• Meaningful experience with complex civil litigation.
• Strong research and drafting skills.

Education
