Job Overview

A law firm seeks a Projects Tax Associate with a strong interest in renewable energy to join its project finance group. This position is available in multiple locations, including Washington, D.C., New York, Austin, Chicago, Dallas, Denver, Houston, Los Angeles, Minneapolis, San Antonio, San Francisco, and St. Louis. Duties

  • Support senior associates and partners on project finance matters.
  • Work with project developers, lenders, and investors on renewable energy projects.
  • Engage in complex financing and tax transactions.
  • Stay informed on federal tax law developments.

Requirements

  • 2-5 years' experience as a tax lawyer.
  • Familiarity with renewable energy incentives and partnership taxation preferred.
  • Strong academic credentials.
  • Prior work experience within a large law firm preferred.

Education

  • LLM in taxation preferred.
