Duties

• Litigate workers' compensation cases at the Illinois Workers' Compensation Commission.
• Represent employer or insurer interests at hearings, trials, and other proceedings.
• Communicate effectively with clients.
• Assist with accident investigations.
• Draft legal documents including pleadings and motions.
• Negotiate settlements on behalf of employers.

Requirements

• License to practice law in Illinois (required, in good standing).

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Bar admission in Illinois.
