Duties

• Support the Insolvency and Financial Law Group with bankruptcy and restructuring cases.
• Engage in bankruptcy litigation, including preference defense.
• Collaborate with secured lenders, landlords, and other financial litigation parties.

Requirements

• 3-7 years of bankruptcy and restructuring experience.
• Licensed to practice law in California.
• Strong writing skills and excellent academic credentials.
• Experience in bankruptcy litigation preferred.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• California Bar License.
