Duties

• Conduct legal research and writing
• Review legal documents
• Manage discovery processes
• Conduct depositions
• Present oral arguments
• Participate in motion and merits hearings
• Engage in trials
• Negotiate settlements and alternative dispute resolutions

Requirements

• 0-1 year of work experience
• J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school
• Admission to the Texas State Bar

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.)

Certifications

• Admission to the Texas State Bar

Skills

• Experience as a practicing attorney or judicial clerkship preferred
• Law school clinic experience
• Moot court participation
• Fluency in Spanish
