Duties

• Lead complex commercial and residential bad-faith insurance cases from intake through resolution, including trial.

• Engage strategically with clients, experts, and stakeholders to drive results.
• Draft, review, and oversee high-level pleadings, motions, discovery, and trial preparation.
• Manage case development and uphold performance standards for consistent excellence.
• Contribute to thought leadership and continuous improvement in legal processes.

Requirements

• J.D. from an accredited law school and an active Oklahoma Bar license in good standing.
• Minimum 10 years of litigation experience, with a focus on bad faith insurance claims.
• Proven success in handling high-stakes litigation and managing complex caseloads.
