Job Overview

A law firm seeks a seasoned Personal Injury Litigation Attorney to join their remote team based in Ohio. This role offers the opportunity to manage impactful cases and collaborate with a supportive team, all while working remotely.

Duties

• Manage cases from intake through trial, including strategy development and settlement negotiations.
• Represent clients in hearings, trials, mediations, and arbitrations.
• Advise clients on legal options and develop tailored strategies.
• Prepare persuasive pleadings, motions, and discovery documents.
• Collaborate with paralegals and staff on trial preparation.
• Analyze liability, damages, and risk to guide case direction.
• Maintain strong client communication and deliver a high-touch experience.

Requirements

• 10+ years of plaintiff-side personal injury litigation experience.
• Active Ohio Bar license required; dual licensure in Ohio and Texas preferred.
• Strong courtroom experience with a track record of results.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Active Ohio Bar license.
