Duties

  • Set and execute department-wide litigation and operational strategy.
  • Ensure effective execution of compliance and quality assurance frameworks.
  • Analyze performance metrics and implement improvement initiatives.
  • Lead continuous improvement of case-handling processes and technology platforms.
  • Develop and implement associate experience and training strategies.
  • Lead adoption and optimization of litigation technology and AI-enabled tools.
  • Manage organizational communications and meetings for Staff Counsel.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to align litigation strategy and execution.

Requirements

  • Active license to practice law in at least one state; maintain CLE requirements.
  • Minimum ten years of experience in litigation, legal operations, or strategy.
  • Demonstrated senior-level leadership and people-management experience.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree required.

Certifications

  • Active law license in at least one state.
