Associate - Finance - Growth Debt

Job Overview

A law firm seeks a highly qualified midlevel associate with a minimum of 2 years of debt finance experience to join their Growth Debt Group in Los Angeles, CA. The successful candidate will work with lenders and borrowers, primarily in the life science and technology sectors, handling secured and unsecured lending transactions.

Duties

• Advise clients on secured and unsecured lending transactions.
• Work with UCC secured transactions and leveraged finance.
• Collaborate with private capital providers on complex deals.
• Assist in structuring and negotiating financial agreements.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of debt finance experience.
• Experience with secured and unsecured lending.
• Familiarity with UCC secured transactions.
• Knowledge of leveraged finance and private capital.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Admission to the bar in the state of California.

Skills
