Of Counsel Attorney

North Miami office of our client seeks of counsel attorney with 5+ years of recent direct experience in any of the following areas of expertise: Customs Law, FDA Law, Export Controls, Antidumping/Countervailing Duties, Intellectual Property, Civil Litigation, Corporate Law, White Collar Criminal Law. The candidate will provide advice to clients, in a variety of industries. Will lead and manage client projects. Support marketing by participating in training, drafting articles and blogs. Research, write, and review advice. Aid in the management, career development and training of team members. Provide leadership to associates and law clerks and assist in reviewing their work. Must be member in good standing in any state Bar.

The candidate should have a JD Degree from an ABA-accredited law school.
