A law firm seeks a Corporate Finance Associate with 4-6 years of experience to join its Dallas, Texas office. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in mergers and acquisitions and a strong interest in the healthcare industry.

Duties

  • Support transactions for the Medical and Dental Services Organizations group.
  • Draft and negotiate acquisition agreements and related ancillary documents.
  • Assist with financing transactions and general corporate representation.
  • Engage in entity formation, capitalization, and corporate governance matters.
  • Collaborate on operating agreements and commercial relationships.

Requirements

  • 4-6 years of experience in corporate finance, particularly in mergers and acquisitions.
  • Prior exposure to the healthcare sector is a plus.
  • Strong analytical, drafting, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and clients at all levels.
  • Eligibility for admission to the Texas State Bar.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

  • Admission to the Texas State Bar.

  • Experience with acquisition transactions.
