Job Overview

A law firm seeks a Digital Healthcare Attorney in Fairfax, Virginia, with the flexibility to work from anywhere within PST-EST time zones. The ideal candidate will have at least four years of experience in digital health regulatory and/or corporate matters, serving innovative healthcare companies.

Duties

  • Assist clients in launching new products and platforms.
  • Develop innovative business models and protect intellectual property.
  • Advise on hiring key talent and navigating technology and policy changes.
  • Analyze business arrangements for legal risks and opportunities.
  • Navigate the healthcare regulatory landscape effectively.

Requirements

  • Experience with digital health and virtual care/telemedicine companies.
  • Familiarity with the MSO-Friendly PC model and Corporate Practice of Medicine doctrine.
  • Knowledge of care management and remote patient monitoring services.
  • Understanding of healthcare commercial and corporate transactions.
  • Interest in healthcare innovation.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree required.

Certifications

  • Bar admission in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
