Duties

• Review and draft court filings, pleadings, and memorandums.
• Coordinate with paralegals to ensure client obligations are met.
• Litigate cases from inception through mediation or trial.
• Negotiate on behalf of clients and prepare for trials.

Requirements

• Juris Doctorate (JD) Degree.
• Active member in good standing with the Florida Bar.
• Experience in Mock Trial, Moot Court, Law Review, or Journal preferred.
• Strong research, writing, and analytical skills.
• Ability to explain legal matters to clients with little legal knowledge.
• Familiarity with Zoom and video conferencing.

Education

• Juris Doctorate (JD) Degree.
