A law firm seeks a Corporate Trust Finance Associate to join their Finance & Banking Practice Group in Dallas, TX. The position offers a collaborative environment with opportunities for professional growth.

Duties

  • Represent trustees and/or collateral agents in structured finance transactions.
  • Provide legal advice and support on structured finance matters.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate transaction documents.
  • Collaborate with attorneys and staff to deliver high-quality legal services.

Requirements

  • One to five years of structured finance experience.
  • Experience representing trustees and/or collateral agents preferred.
  • Licensed and in good standing in the state of practice.
  • Strong work ethic and effective communication skills.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree required.

Certifications

  • Bar admission in the state of practice.

Skills

  • Interest in finance or accounting advantageous.
  • Demonstrated success in legal practice.
