  • Analyze probable outcomes of cases using knowledge of legal precedents.
  • Examine legal data to determine the advisability of defending lawsuits.
  • Evaluate findings, develop strategies, and prepare arguments for case presentations.
  • Advise clients on business transactions, claim liability, and legal rights.
  • Gather evidence through client and witness interviews.
  • Negotiate settlements of civil disputes.
  • Supervise legal assistants.
  • Perform administrative functions related to the practice of law.

Requirements:

  • Juris Doctor degree.
  • 3 years of experience in litigation, specifically in Insurance Defense.
  • 3 years of experience handling coverage matters.
  • Texas Bar License.

Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of Insurance Defense laws and regulations.
  • Excellent courtroom and trial management skills.
