Duties

  • Manage a high-volume caseload, overseeing approximately 150 cases with around 50 in active litigation monthly.
  • Engage with clients, maintaining proactive and transparent communication throughout the legal process.
  • Conduct key litigation activities, including depositions, drafting motions, and leading mediations.
  • Advocate in trials, serving as lead counsel in jury trials to secure favorable outcomes.

Requirements

  • Licensed to practice law; trial advocacy and/or moot court experience preferred.
  • Active and in good standing with the local State Bar; multiple state bar admissions preferred.
  • Exceptional communication skills to articulate case strategies and engage effectively with clients and team members.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

  • Active State Bar membership.
