Duties

  • Conduct legal research and prepare guidance on federal and state healthcare laws.
  • Assist with regulatory analyses related to healthcare transactions and operations.
  • Support healthcare transactions, including mergers and acquisitions.
  • Draft and review healthcare agreements and contracts.
  • Advise on clinical research and academic medicine matters.
  • Support counseling on healthcare data use and commercialization.

Requirements

  • J.D. from an accredited law school.
  • Admission or eligibility for admission to the Florida Bar.
  • 2-5 years of experience or strong interest in healthcare law.
  • Excellent legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
