Job Overview

A law firm seeks a dedicated Civil and Business Litigation Attorney in Dallas, TX. Duties

  • Draft demand letters, lawsuits, discovery, motions, and orders.
  • Make court appearances and take and defend depositions.

  • Strong attention to detail and superior computer skills.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and work independently.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

  • Licensed to practice law in Texas.
