Job Overview

A law firm seeks a Construction Litigation Attorney in Pensacola, FL. The successful candidate will provide legal services to clients involved in construction-related disputes, including defect claims and contractual issues.

Duties

• Provide counseling and legal services to contractors, design professionals, developers, and individuals.
• Take and defend depositions.
• Draft and argue dispositive motions.
• Attend site inspections, hearings, mediations, and trials.
• Perform legal research and provide analysis of case law.
• Prepare pleadings and correspondence.
• Communicate with clients, expert witnesses, and opposing counsel.

Requirements

• Must be a licensed member of the Florida Bar.
• Minimum of 1 year of litigation experience, preferably in construction defect litigation.
• Excellent communication and writing skills.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in Florida.
