Duties

• Represent clients in domestic and family law matters from consultation through trial.
• Travel for court hearings, depositions, and mediations as required.
• Collaborate with legal teams to develop case strategies.
• Manage client budgets and case-related expenses diligently.
• Draft and review legal documents, including pleadings and settlement agreements.
• Participate in business development and networking activities.

Requirements

• Active license to practice law in Kansas; licensure in neighboring states is a plus.
• 2+ years of experience in domestic/family law practice.
• Strong communication and analytical skills.
• Experience in criminal law is advantageous.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Education

• Bachelor's degree and J.D.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in Kansas.
