A law firm seeks a Landlord/Tenant Attorney in Highlands Ranch, Colorado. Duties

• Represent landlords and property managers in eviction proceedings and related disputes.
• Draft notices, pleadings, motions, and settlement agreements.
• Conduct court appearances, mediations, and hearings.
• Advise clients on lease enforcement, habitability, and property code compliance.
• Manage a high-volume caseload using firm-established systems and templates.

Requirements

• 1+ years of civil litigation experience, ideally in real estate, housing, or landlord/tenant law.
• Licensed to practice law in Colorado and in good standing.
• Confident in court with frequent appearance experience.
• Thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Collaborative, team-oriented, and responsive.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in Colorado.
